Rajoka Limited, Birmingham, UK, operates Mutuvo. This notice explains how personal data is handled when you use Mutuvo or contact us. It is written with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 in mind.
Information in scope
This can include account and business contact details, information submitted through our contact form, and records entered into Mutuvo for referrals, relationships, clients, fees and audit activity.
Where data is held
Mutuvo customer data is hosted in the EU/UK through Supabase in the eu-west-2 (London) region. Data is protected in transit using TLS.
Access and records
Row-level security isolates each firm's data. Mutuvo also maintains an append-only audit trail for recorded activity.
Email and bot protection
Transactional email is delivered through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for bot protection on public forms.
Retention
Customer data is retained for the lesser of seven years after a firm leaves Mutuvo or the period configured for that firm.

To make a request about your personal data under the UK GDPR or Data Protection Act 2018, email us at hello@mutuvo.com. Mutuvo does not provide a self-service data-rights request portal.
